Conference environments require stability over long periods of time.

Multiple speakers, changing rhythms and live constraints make it difficult to maintain consistent framing, clear audio and overall production quality.

At the same time, organisers often need fast access to specific interventions without going through a full post-production process.

The event is filmed using a multicamera setup, with each camera assigned to a specific role: wide shots of the stage, close shots of speakers and contextual views of the room.

All video feeds are connected to an ATEM Extreme ISO, allowing simultaneous recording and automatic synchronization of all camera angles.

This setup generates an editable timeline in real time, making it possible to quickly navigate between angles and extract key moments without rebuilding the edit.

For audio, the main signal is recorded directly from the conference sound system whenever possible, ensuring clear and intelligible speech.

An additional ambient microphone is also recorded to capture audience reactions and provide a backup track if needed.

This workflow ensures both technical reliability during the event and efficiency in post-production.

The multicamera workflow provides a structured and reliable capture of the conference.

Each intervention is recorded with clarity, and the synchronized timeline allows quick access to specific moments immediately after the session.

This enables organisers to reuse the content efficiently — from full recordings to shorter clips adapted for communication.
