Hybrid events introduce an additional layer of complexity.
The production must simultaneously serve two audiences with different expectations:
a live audience experiencing the event in real time
a remote audience relying entirely on the video and audio feed
The challenge is to maintain clarity, rhythm and engagement for both, while ensuring technical stability throughout the event.
The setup is designed to integrate both physical and digital environments into a single production workflow.
A multicamera system captures the stage, speakers and contextual elements, while a live production setup manages switching, framing and output in real time.
Using a system based on the ATEM Extreme ISO, the production allows:
live switching between multiple camera angles
integration of presentation content (slides, visuals)
simultaneous recording of all video feeds
Audio is captured directly from the event sound system and adapted for streaming to ensure clarity for the remote audience.
Special attention is given to framing and pacing to maintain engagement for viewers who are not physically present.

The result is a unified experience where both audiences receive a clear and structured version of the event.
The live stream ensures accessibility and reach, while the recorded material provides valuable content for replay, communication and long-term use.
This approach allows events to extend beyond the physical space and reach a wider audience without compromising quality.
These shifts translated into measurable improvements:
Hybrid (on-site + online)
Multicamera live workflow
In-room + remote viewers
Live stream + recorded content
